I had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance for today, and they had my phone number. I drive 4 towns over to get to Hair Boutique in order to find a stylist who can cut my curls properly, only to find out they left a note on the door saying that they decided last minute to close! Why not call the people who had appointments with you so that they know? What a waste of my time. So I went to Supercuts in Watertown instead, and they cut my curlers perfectly. Will never bother with Hair Boutique again after today. It is very disrespectful to snub customers this way, and it's very bad business.
